Welcome to the website of St Augustine's Medical Practice.

We hope you find it both useful and informative. Our Practice is located on two sites, one in Keynsham and the other in Saltford. We are an 8 doctor Practice looking after approximately 9,600 patients. Wheelchair access is available at both surgeries, with ground floor consulting rooms available if you have difficulty with stairs.

Surgery hours: 8am- 6pm, Monday to Friday

Extended hours: Monday evening 6-7.30 pm, Saturday morning 8-11am
(please note these are aimed at people who cannot make normal working hour appointments and are pre-book only)

 

Call 111 when it's less urgent than 999

At this time of year, the local hospitals’ A&E departments come under increasing pressure.

If you need to see a GP urgently between 8am and 6pm Mon – Fri, we will always try to fit you in.

If you need to see a GP urgently 6pm – 8am or at the weekend, then please call 111; they have doctors on duty 24/7.

Please only call 999 if it is a medical emergency.
