BaNES Council: Considering a Care Home?
Sometimes staying in your own home becomes too difficult. This may be because of the medical treatment you need or because you cannot complete day-to-day tasks. You may be wondering whether you need to move into a care home.
BaNES Council: Staying in Your Own Home
Most of us would prefer to remain living in our own homes for as long as possible. We want to make sure you get all the support you need to live independently and stay in your own home.
ACE Neighbours is a peer support programme where older volunteers support older adults to become more active and to engage with their local community. The programme which is funded by LinkAge Network, is being delivered by St Monica Trust in Keynsham.
